July 5th, 2010 Dear visitor! Due to a server change, the ISCA Grant Application system is not working properly at the moment. We are working on a resolution. Please go to the ISCA Grants webpage and apply directly via email.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
ISCA financially supports students and young scientists to
participate in ISCA sponsored workshops and conferences relevant to speech and
language. The support covers early registration and possibly
accommodation costs, while transportation costs are covered only in
exceptional cases. Applicants from all countries are eligible.
Grants are approved, according to the available budget, to
applicants who fulfil the requirements stated below. Nevertheless,
applications which do not comply with all requirements are
carefully evaluated and applicants may be supported. The
requirements are the following:
- Students or young scientists
- Age < 35
- Letter of acceptance of a paper to be presented
- Participation in events organized or supported by ISCA
- Mentioning of other funding being requested, awarded or
rejected by other sources
- No previous grants from ISCA
- Preference to applicants from areas needing greater
support.
Applications should be submitted as early as possible and no later
than the early registration date of the event. To apply, please
visit ISCA's
Online Grant Application System. You need to register or log in to ISCA-SAC's website
to access this page.
By accepting a grant the recipient commits himself to write a
report describing his/her current activity (research, etc) and the
benefits expected for this activity from the attendance of the
event. The report has to be submitted within one month after the
end of the event. It will be made public by ISCA through
Newsletters and/or the ISCA web server.
Any questions about grants should be addressed to the ISCA Grant
Coordinator at .
